Bastian has many years’ experience in management consulting in the areas of strategic and operative brand leadership in numerous fields in Switzerland, Germany and Austria. His core areas include brand-oriented strategy development, brand analysis and positioning, brand and product line architecture, concepts for brand mobilisation, employer branding as well as the realisation of broas brand development processes in complex organisations.
Previously Bastian was a consultant at the Institute for Brand Technology in Geneva and was a partner of the NOHETO! Business and Management Consultancy in Witten.
He has lectured on brand leadership at the Universities of Hamburg and Witten/Herdecke. Bastian studied business sciences at the University of Witten/Herdecke and is a trained banker.
